we had a fantastic stay at the hilton. the staff were so warm and friendly, especially shanae at the beach service and latoya at mangoes. the property is well-maintained, and we loved the new water complex with pools and slides. the service at the coffee bar was excellent too. everything felt welcoming and safe for my family.

i would have liked more variety at the buffet, especially more than one jamaican night.
